Keeping our customers safe and secure in their homes is our top priority and we make sure that we understand and comply with all of the wide range of Health and Safety Laws that apply to your homes, you and your visitor’s safety and our staff’s safety when visiting and working in your homes. We have staff whose job it is to keep up-to-date with changes in Health and Safety Law and a number of specialist teams whose job it is to ensure specific aspects of your home safe.
